Welcome to the second monthly IP caption competition, before I set the ground rules, I’ll just point out that sadly an element to the competition is still, at present, missing. Notably, a prize. Once again it’s just for the sheer honour of being selected as the wittiest IPster visiting this here blog.

Right and anyway, here are some ground rules… rule no. 1, and this here rule is an important one… there are no rules.
Just leave your caption, for the picture above, in the comments below. You can comment on other people’s captions or vote for your favourite caption each month. If you wanna write an essay, go for it, but short and snappy is better – in my opinion, and I’m gonna pick the winner each month.
